Helix/S600 high-speed doors

Traditionally, two doors are often installed in frequently used exterior openings, an insulated door for use at night and a high-speed roller door for use during the day. The Helix/S600 combines the best of both worlds in a single product. An investment that pays for itself quickly.

The Helix spiral door opens six times faster than a conventional sectional door, making it the ideal door system for heavily frequented openings, such as in logistics centres. It can save considerable amounts of energy thanks to its fast opening speed of max. 1.1 m/s. The door leaf has a thickness of 40 mm and a U value of 1.77 W/m2K (for door size 5,000 x 5,000 mm with insulated panels). Slimline aluminium sections are available as glazing elements on request.

The Helix spiral door has an innovative guide rail system with minimal installation dimensions, which is operated by a direct drive with circulating chain technology. The contactless winding of the sections ensures low maintenance and a long service life. Thanks to its compact design, the Helix spiral door is a perfect complement to conventional sectional doors, especially in rooms with low installation depths.

With sufficient insertion depth, the S600 is the right alternative at an attractive price.
